Supportive Insurance Services is closely monitoring the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are following updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and our state government officials on how to slow the transmission of this virus.

To date, we have implemented the necessary procedures to provide continued support to our clients. We do not anticipate any disruption in our ability to serve and respond to our customers.  We have received notifications that state insurance departments and other state departments that we work with may have disruptions in service.  Unfortunately, this may delay our normal processing times.  We anticipate some, if not all, of our employees will be working remotely in the near future.  The best way to reach us is via email, however, if you call and leave a message, it will automatically be forwarded to the employee via email
