Insurance Licensing Update: North Carolina - Supportive Insurance Services

When signing-in to SBS Online for North Carolina license renewal to access non-resident NC license renewals, the User Name will be the licensees National Producer Number (NPN) plus additional leading zeros to equal a ten digit number and the Password is the NPN.

Please note: If NPN is only 5 or 6 digits, you must enter leading zeros to equal a SEVEN digit password number. Example: NPN is: 12345 (User Name will be 0000012345/Password will be 0012345).
