Last week, on March 2, 2010, the California Department of Insurance emailed all licensed independent insurance adjusters their renewal notices.  However, the fees were incorrectly stated.  Please note  the correct renewal fee is $227 per qualified manager as named on the license and an additional $45 for each branch office location.  Send the check with the completed renewal form to the CDI.  Below is a link to download the form:
