Insurance Licensing: Life Settlement - Supportive Insurance Services

Approximatley 40 states have life settlement licenses. The license requirements differ by state. Some states have pre-licensing and continuing education requirements as well.

Generally, if a producer has life lines of authority, the producer will likely be qualified for life settlements in that state. However, producers should check before doing business in each state.
