Wisconsin annual resident and nonresident company appointment terminations must be completed online no later than January 10, 2011 or they will appear on the invoice. No reconciliations are permitted after this date.
The Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) will mail appointment renewal billings on or after January 15, 2011. The invoice will show the amount due. No reconciliations are permitted. You must pay the amount due.
All payments must be completed online via Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF). No other form of payment will be accepted.
Log on to www.oci.wi.gov and select Online Payments then Company Appointment Billing.
The initial and renewal appointment fees are $16 for each resident agent per company and $50 for each nonresident agent per company regardless of the number of lines of authority.
