The Connecticut Insurance Department reviewed its position regarding adjuster licensing.  The Department has rescinded the adjuster license Bulletin L-14 (February 2005) and Bulletin L-15 (January 2006).

Entities and individuals hired by or employed by an insurance company to subrogate claims against a responsible third party must be a licensed adjuster in Connecticut.
