Florida- Insurance Licensing Update: Florida Surplus Lines Office Signs NIMA - Supportive Insurance Services

The Florida Surplus Lines Office signed Non-Admitted Insurance Multi-State Agreement (NIMA). NIMA will serve as a clearing house for collecting surplus lines premium tax payments in Florida. The agreement will begin with policies issued or renewed on or after July 1, 2012.
