Kentucky Department of Insurance offers enhanced eServices for individual and business entities effective July 16, 2010.

Licensees will be able to print license certificates and pocket identification cards through their eServices accounts. There is no charge for this service. Licenses and cards will no longer be mailed by DOI and must be obtained through eServices.  These printed documents are the property of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and must not be altered.

Licensees should login to the account; click on “Print License Certificate” then select any of the current active licenses to be printed.  The pocket identification card will also be printed from this screen.

The “Replacement or Additional License Request (Form 8306)” option has been removed from eServices.

To set up an eServices account, go to http://insurance.ky.gov and click on eServices in the top right corner. Click on “First Time Here?” under the log in box to set up the secure account.  Reminder: When you access your eServices account, please be sure the mailing and e-mail addresses have been updated.

Email the department at DOI.AgentLicensingMail@ky.gov if you have questions.
