The Nevada Division of Insurance mailed out the 2011 annual appointment renewal invoices to companies. The invoices are due September 1, 2011. Companies must pay the full amount listed on the invoice. Any insurer failing to pay the appointment invoice by September 1, 2011, may be assessed an administrative fine.
All payments exceeding $10,000 must be made electronically using the Division’s ACH process.
