New York- Insurance Licensing Update: Renewal Period for Producer License Expiration Extended - Supportive Insurance Services

The New York Insurance Department announces that due to the impact of Sandy, the renewal period for producer licenses scheduled to expire on or after Oct. 28 will be temporarily extended. These extensions will be effective until further notice by the Department. Late fee requirements will also be waived. Producers will be considered currently licensed even if it is beyond the expiration of their license until further notice by the Department.
