Insurance Licensing Update: North Carolina - 10/01/2010 - Supportive Insurance Services

Effective October 1, 2010:

North Carolina requires fingerprints for a criminal history background check for all insurance producers and public adjusters. The fee is $38.
Applicants must use the online application and payment of fees through NIPR.
An email notice will be sent to all producers explaining how to can print the license via SBS Connect
Information has been posted to the North Carolina website at www.ncdoi.com to assist producers regarding the changes that effect on 10/1/2010.
