The South Carolina Department of Insurance is requesting contact information for the individual(s) responsible for appointing producers in the South Carolina. Each licensed company must update this information electronically on the Department’s website at https://online.doi.sc.gov/Eng/Members/Login.aspx by following the steps below.
- Click SCDOI Online Services which is located on the gold bar at the top of the home page.
- Under the Registered Company Users scroll down to “Update Supplementary Address.”
- Enter the Company’s User ID and Password. (If the company representative cannot remember the User ID and/or Password, send an e-mail to the Department’s Technology Division at irmmail@doi.sc.gov. Remember to include the company name and South Carolina company code in the e-mail.)
- Once you have logged in, select “Agent Renewal” from the list of addresses in the drop down menu.
- Enter the contact information. The information will be saved in the database.
Submit questions to the Department’s Licensing Division at the following email address: agntmail@doi.sc.gov.
