This edition of Employee Spotlight features renewal licensing representative Paula Stephens. Paula began working with Supportive Insurance Services in January 2010 and has worked in the insurance industry for 17 years. Paula is married with three children, two step-children and four grandchildren.
A few things you might not know about Paula….
What is your favorite TV show? The Biggest Loser. It is the only reality show that you can see the results. It is a life changing ordeal.
What is your biggest accomplishment? My children. Being a mother was the only thing in life I wanted. Having 3 in less than 4 years and raising them with two more children less than 6 years older was an accomplishment. I look back now and wonder how we did it.
What are your favorite books to read? I enjoy love stories. I like books by Nicholas Sparks, Danielle Steele and Judith McNaught.
What do you like about working at Supportive? It is a relaxed atmosphere. Casual dress and flex hours are wonderful. Everyone gets along. The bosses are understanding and work with us on time off and our workload. I love my job and even figuring out problems.
Do you have a favorite sports team? The Miami Dolphins. Not sure the boss knows about this one since she’s an avid Indianapolis Colts fan!
What is your most memorable moment? When I had my first child and realized I made a small human being.
