The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) temporarily requires all new and renewal license applications and continuing education records be filed electronically to the extent possible.

All fingerprints must be submitted electronically from the exam vendor testing facilities, continuing education providers must report course completion information electronically and non-resident applicants must supply background information electronically.

This is effective August 1, 2012 through January 25, 2013.
